When can I donate toward this project?

The Riker Maneuver is waiting for the official go-ahead from the city of Valdez.  Once that happens we will make a post on the website and on social media.  At that point, you will be able to make donations towards the project.

Can I help encourage the city of Valdez to push this project through so it can happen faster?

Sure.  You can write letters of support to the city of Valdez.  

The city will want to know why you support this project, how it could benefit the community, the potential for an annual festival, and whatever else you come up with. Address:

During the unveiling, will there be a festival?  Can I get involved with that?

Once we gather the funds required, order the statue and bench, and are ready for the unveiling, the city of Valdez has expressed great interest in having a big unveiling with festival/street fair.  We do not have details on this currently.  Organization will probably occur through the city of Valdez, department of parks and rec.

Absolutely!  That's why we made it available.

How can I help with additional awareness?

Aside from wearing a Starfleet uniform to a comicon, you could arrange a group bicycle ride with everyone wearing a Star Trek bike jersey (google it) or set up a Star Trek pub trivia night or something else fun like that.
